I teach classical yoga which nowadays is more commonly known as Hatha Yoga. A complete system, following the tradition of Swami Sivananda. Yoga improves and develops every aspect of our lives; mind, body and breath. Each class includes exercise (asana) breathing techniques (pranayama) and deep relaxation (yoga nidra). This style of yoga is suitable for every body regardless of age, shape, size and level of fitness. Yoga is for everyone.
